Fans of Michelin may have already seen the list of the newest restaurants to be featured in the Michelin Guide 2023. In this issue, Jaras, the Thai fine-dining restaurant at Intercontinental Phuket, is one of the two new restaurants in Phuket that have been listed. Congrats! 

Jaras, a Thai fine-dining restaurant that aims to convey the flavor of traditional Thai cuisine through cutting-edge methods and local ingredients procured directly from local farmers and fishermen to support the community. While the dining experience generates particular touch points throughout the journey, from the moment of entering the restaurant until the last course. 

Besides the Michelin Guide 2023 listing, this meal also offers a unique pairing with the selection of local Thai wine from “Monsoon Valley.” While Jaras creates special seafood menus from the fresh catch from the sea around the local area.
