An exclusive specialty coffee bar
located on Thalang Road in Phuket Old Town that turns drinking coffee in an ordinary cup into enjoying specialty grade coffee from a favorite collection of wine glasses at a lovely bar at a friend’s house kinda thing.
Upon arrival
We are engaged in a well created experience as soon as we enter the café. The goal of Bam and Baew, as well as their mother Aew, who takes care of us, is to share with us on the history of Specialty Blend and Single Origin beans, as well as the brewing method suggested by this home café to bring out the best flavor of the beans.

the owner and barista who will take care of every aspect from carefully picked coffee beans until its ready for us to sip in a nicely picked wine glass have achieved a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certificate that Mae Aew mentioned only approximately two thousand individuals globally.

The ambience
The eye-catching long black marble bar with a shelf behind it that shows coffee instruments fits in so well with the historic style of Phuket Town. Displaying the wine glasses they use to serve coffee and a variety of ceramic mug and dessert plate sets makes us feel like we’re at our friend’s house in her mother’s favorite corner, where she keeps all her special-occasion china and glassware.The bar is separated into a slow bar and quick bar with a very shiny La Marzocco Strada EP machine, we couldn’t resist but have another shot.
The sweet things
On the dessert menu, there was an option of basque burned cheesecake, which is the signature handmade menu prepared with only high-quality ingredients. There is nothing else to spoil the taste.
Aside from specialty coffee, they also have award-winning teas including South African Rooibos Tea. They are well-known for their decaffeinated flavor and unique color. They are categorized as a type of healthy tea with antioxidant effects.
We finished the day with Rooibos tea and a wonderful Basque burnt cheesecake before leaving, promising ourselves we’d return.
In conclusion, we were here enjoying hot and cold coffee, tea, and Basque burnt cheesecake, which was a top-notch experience in our small town, where cafés are now on every corner.
