Ceilo & Spice at Trisara Phuket
Phuket’s Most Elegant Sunday Ritual
A curated Sunday experience where premium flavours, ocean views, and effortless ambience come together.
Some brunches stand out for their flavours, others for their setting — Trisara’s Sunday Brunch is the rare combination of both, delivered with remarkable finesse.
We arrived just around noon, when the sky cleared and Phuket’s serene, picturesque west coast came into view. We parked at the EV charging station, and the staff came to get us in a buggy and showed us the way to the stairway on the right that led down from the lobby. With layers of architecture, greenery, and views of the sea at every turn, the descent is breathtaking in and of itself.
The Cuisine
We were welcomed by a tiny station with specialities from another Trisara restaurant at the bottom of the stairs; a small station presented signature items from another Trisara outlet. These featured dishes — including a bright lemon pasta and a bold Thai creation — added a distinctive touch to the overall brunch experience before we explored the main buffet.
the atmosphere
The atmosphere is what makes this brunch exceptional. A live band played soft jazz, blending naturally with the sound of the waves. Nearly every table enjoys a sea view, whether you choose indoors or outdoors – giving the whole space a breezy, sunlit charm.
the selection
Inside, the buffet is thoughtfully curated. Fresh oysters from different origins, seafood on ice, lobster, sushi and sashimi, cold cuts, salads, and warm, freshly baked bread fill the space without feeling crowded. There’s also a live pasta station, Beef Wellington and a cocktail counter; my chocolate martini and Bloody Mary were both well-balanced and fitting for a lazy Sunday.
The conclusion
Towards the end of the meal, the staff visited tables to serve caviar, a thoughtful detail that makes the experience feel even more intimate and refined.
our thought
With its beautiful setting, calm rhythm, and finesse ingredients, Cielo & Spice Sunday Brunch at Trisara easily earns a place in our personal top three on the island. And in terms of atmosphere, it may very well be the best.
If you’re looking for a Sunday that feels like a treat — polished, beautifully executed and distinctly memorable, Trisara is a standout choice.
