Spring has sprung, and so has Tengoku Restaurant’s seasonal menu!

Spring is in the air, and there’s no better time to treat yourself to a culinary adventure! Come explore the tantalizing flavors of Japan at Tengoku Restaurant, where Chef Ice is whipping up a delectable spring menu. With the season’s first vegetables and various saplings, including the iconic cherry blossoms, the ingredients are exceptional and the flavors are sure to delight. So why not indulge in exquisite Japanese cuisine and awaken your taste buds?

One of the highlights of the spring menu is the Sakura whisker salmon. This rare treat is lighter, sweeter, and softer than other salmon. Chef Ice selected fish that uses natural methods of fishing, making this dish even more special. The Asari clams, fresh from the Sea of Japan, are another must-try item on the menu. Tender and flavorful, they are sure to delight seafood lovers.

The Sawara Japanese mackerel is a springtime favorite for those looking for something different. This meaty fish is low in fat and incredibly firm, making it a perfect choice for sushi or sashimi. And don’t miss the Nakaimo, or mountain yam. This sweet and crispy vegetable has nourishing properties that can help protect your stomach lining and control cholesterol.

If you’re lucky enough to visit Tengoku during the Hana Matsuri festival, be sure to try the colorful bara chirashi menu, a delightful dish featuring sushi rice topped with raw fish and various side dishes.

Tengoku is open Thursday through Monday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It’s highly recommended to reserve a table in advance, which you can do by visiting .
