When Paris meets Phuket
The most recent Michelin Guide Thailand and Top 25 Restaurants in Phuket awards 2022 rankings may have captured the attention of many Phuket fine dining fans.. We are blessed to be able to experience this exclusive 8-course tasting menu created in collaboration with the best team, which is ranked first and second.
Chef Bank Chatchawan of Samut Restaurant ranked first.
He picked fresh local fish as the core for each menu item, and he did so with full confidence in the great quality and sufficient supply of resources. Furthermore, he acquired them all from other southern provinces in order to support local fisherman throughout the region, not just those in Phuket.
L’Arôme by the Sea ranked no. 2
a French restaurant operated by the L’arôme Group. Chef Yannick Hollenstein is in charge, and he seeks to combine the competence and delicacy of contemporary French cuisine with Switzerland’s rich history and culture. It was beautifully designed with different textures, colors, tastes, and scents.
