WE Wondering - Thep-taro coffee

I want to contribute to the community and enhance its offerings. Phang Nga boasts magnificent mountains, stunning seas, and enchanting waterfalls, but there’s one thing missing—a vibrant coffee culture. That’s why I embarked on a journey to establish a coffee shop that would put Phang Nga on the map of the coffee industry.”

In Takua Pa’s scenic village, a charming slow bar-type café called Krisana Waree Specialty Coffee is where his search took him. P Oat’s love for coffee really comes to life in this scene. We were fascinated by the complex tastes of our hot, medium-roasted drip coffee as we sat down to enjoy it. A little tang was present in the first taste, which was followed by a wonderful infusion of fragrant spices. And the aftertaste that lingered? A revitalizing sweetness that made us want more.

The place of origin is what actually defines Thep-taro coffee. P Oat’s creations capture the spirit of Phang Nga and are made from Arabica coffee beans that were lovingly roasted in partnership with the renowned Le Tor Gold Farm roasting facility at the Thailand Championship level. Thep-taro is the provincial tree of Phang Nga, reflecting the area’s rich history and medicinal properties.

By bringing this special blend to the fore, P Oat aims to highlight the unique tastes in each cup of Thep-taro coffee. He encourages visitors as well as locals to go on a voyage of discovery. So, whether you’re a die-hard coffee lover or just searching for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, explore Phang Nga’s coffee scene and let your taste buds be indulged.
